In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family enjoying the UP., whether it be camping, mountain biking, hiking, skiing or being a soccer Mom!
Lacy Williams is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She is a graduate of Northern Michigan University (BS in Nursing) and Purdue University (MS in Nursing).
She is involved in the entire continuum of care from infancy to elderly “that means I can assess, diagnose and treat most conditions that present to the clinic. I also know that patients with complex conditions sometimes need to see a specialist.” She understands the importance of collaborating with her patients to support their long-term health goals. “My passion is in health promotion and education, teaching patients about maintaining a balance for optimal health”.
In Lacy’s free time, you can find her with her face buried in a good book or a good meal (sometimes both), traveling, or spending time with her husband, Eric and two kids, Alliyah and Eddie.

Annie Skewis is a Board Certified Doctor of Nursing Practice. While she can see patients of all ages, her main focus is on Pediatrics. One of Annie’s favorite things is watching “her babies” grow up and helping them with any healthcare happenings in their lives – she truly feels like she is a part of the families of her patients.
Annie is a Sagittarius, enjoys walks on the shores of Lake Michigamme, basketball (she is the Varsity Girls’ Coach at Westwood High School) and being with her family. Her husband Jake and Annie share 4 beautiful children, Mia, Faith, Lena and Eric who she loves very much. Annie is also CEO of Mia’s Wings, a non-profit organization named for her stillborn daughter that helps raise awareness of and support for families going through a stillborn, miscarriage or neonatal loss.
Mike is a U.P. native, a graduate of Kingsford High School, and went on to serve 23 years in the Air Force as a Armament Systems Specialist. His duty locations included Virginia, Korea, Alaska, and Idaho, as well as multiple deployment locations all over the world.
The most rewarding time for Mike was when he was selected to serve in a special duty at the Airmen and Family Readiness Center. His responsibility was to take care of service members and their families before, during, and post deployment. This is where Mike shined, providing a compassionate level of service to those he guided through some very trying times and why we are excited to have him as a member of the Monarch team!
Outside of work, you will find Mike enjoying the splendor of the U.P. with family and friends. Although he will miss the mountains of the west, Mike has found his home here in the Marquette area and is excited for this next chapter.
